November at the Zoo: Animal Art Expo, My Genesee Events + New ZooClasses

The animals at the Zoo have been busy creating artworks for the upcoming Animal Art Expo on Saturday, November 14.

See these unique pieces in person and even take one home at this annual fundraising event hosted by the Zoo’s Chapter of the American Association of Zookeepers. Proceeds from the sale of these masterpieces support conservation initiatives, keeper staff advancement and animal enrichment items. This event is for guests 21-and-older only.

Later this month, the Zoo Society also invites you to revisit One Cubic Foot at upcoming events hosted by Rochester Young Professionals and the Audubon Society.

Join the movement by toasting conservation at the Genesee Brew House Pilot Brewery Tasting Bar, where $2 flights between now and December 31 benefit the initiative. And share your #MyGenesee photos on social for a chance to win One Cubic Foot the book!

November ZooClasses also begin on Saturday, November 7, with Perfect Parrots for 2-year-olds, Animal Sounds for 3-year-olds and Radical Reptiles for 4 and 5-year-olds
