As of June 14, our lion cubs have access to the exhibit from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. daily.
Please note: The cubs are just babies. We understand everyone is excited to see them but we ask you to remember that everything is new to them: the sounds, the crowds and the outdoors exhibit are all things they need to acclimate to. As they continue to acclimate, they may not choose to be outside the entire hour. This is their home and we allow them to make that decision on their own.
Thanks for your understanding and patience as we work through this exciting process. And don't forgot about our three adult lions. They love interacting with visitors and are doing excellent during this transition.
The Zoo is open all year long. Closed the first Saturday in June for Zoobilation, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
