Your membership gives you terrific benefits for ZooBoo:

Only Seneca Park Zoo members may purchase ZooBoo trick-or-treating tickets in advance at a discount price of $6.50.

  • ZooBoo event tickets are not date specific and can be used on any ZooBoo day.
  • Only members who purchased advance event tickets can use the Express Check-In Tent.
  • As always, our members not trick-or-treating (like adults and infants) are admitted free!

NEW THIS YEAR: To support orangutan conservation in the wild,

50 cents from the sale of every ZooBoo trick-or-treating ticket will be donated to Health in Harmony.

Discounted advance event tickets for

Seneca Park Zoo members are available in three ways:

1. Online: Click here to purchase

2. By phone: (585) 336-7212

Tickets purchased online and by phone will be mailed to you. Both options available until 4 p.m. October 5.

3. You can purchase advance event tickets at the Zoo's Front Gate until 4 p.m. October 10.

Please note: ZooBoo event tickets are non-refundable.

If you are not able to purchase event tickets in advance, trick-or-treating tickets are $8.50 each and available at the Zoo's Front Gate on any ZooBoo day.

Non-members may only purchase tickets for $8.50 on ZooBoo days. In addition to the event fee, non-members must pay regular Zoo admission rates.


What can kids and families experience at ZooBoo?

Treats: 15 trick-or-treat stations where kids receive candy or a trinket.

Kid’s Guide: Stamped at each station. Kids can match the animal icon on their guide to the icon at the station.

Prize for each kid: Given at the exit.

Specials: Discounts at the Eagle’s Landing Café, Crater Canteen and ZooShop.

Photo ops: Costumed character encounters.

Animals’ treats: Our Zoo residents receive their own treats.

A safe environment: Daytime event at the Zoo. Great for tiny tots!

Peanuts: Candy given at stations does not contain peanuts. However, the event is neither peanut nor tree nut free.
