On Saturday, May 19, join us for Endangered Species Day at Seneca Park Zoo. Guests will learn about the endangered status of the many different species at the Zoo, and what actions can be taken to help save them from extinction.
Guests will have the opportunity to donate to a Zoo conservation partner of their choice, enjoy animal enrichment demonstrations, and visit docent-led stations that will enhance their understanding of endangered animals at the Zoo, like the Amur tiger or African penguins, and the threats their natural counterparts face.
Representatives from The Audubon Society will be at the Zoo with information and activities about environmental conservation.
