Seneca Park Zoo opens daily at 10 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m. November to March and at 5 p.m. April to October. The last admission into the Zoo is 1 hour before the Zoo closing time to ensure you have time to enjoy the Zoo.
Free. We open early for our Zoo members at 9:30 a.m.
Veterans reduced price admission tickets are available to active-duty military and veterans. An individual Veteran can purchase up to four (4) discounted general admission tickets per single day visit. The purchaser will be required to present a copy of a DD214, VA ID card, Military ID, or Monroe County Veterans ID card prior to using Veteran tickets to enter the zoo. A valid government I.D. may be required to confirm program eligibility.
The Seneca Park Zoo is proud to participate in Museums for All, ensuring the educational and recreational benefits offered by our world-class zoo are accessible to all; regardless of income. Reduced price tickets are available to those who participate in a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). An individual program card holder can purchase up to four (4) discounted general admission tickets per single day visit.
