On August 16, we celebrate Panamanian Golden Frog Day, raising awareness for this critically endangered amphibian and the global efforts to protect it. Enjoy themed activities, cultural performances, and a lively parade in honor of this national symbol of Panama.
On August 17, dive into Reptile Day with hands-on experiences with lizards, pythons, iguanas, tortoises, and more, keeper chats, and engaging activities at the Nature Cart – all focused on the incredible reptiles in our care and across New York State.
