As a volunteer bird bander, Megan will share what it takes to band songbirds, which involves catching them in mist nets, collecting data from each individual, and putting a special band with an identifying serial number on them.  Learn the ins and outs of bird identification, field work, and the fascinating array of birds right here in our neighborhood.
