On Thursday, May 25 through Monday, May 29 join us for Endangered Species Weekend at Seneca Park Zoo. Guests will learn about the endangered status of the many different species at the Zoo, and what actions can be taken to help save them from extinction. We will be raising money to specifically support Red Panda Network, International Rhino Foundation, Eastern Massasauga Rattlesnake SSP, which you can do through our Facebook fundraiser at the button below. For every $5 donated you will be entered to win an animal-made painting from either red panda or rhino!
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy animal enrichment demonstrations, and visit naturalist/docent-led stations that will enhance their understanding of endangered animals at the Zoo, like the red panda, rhino or Panamanian golden frog, and the threats their natural counterparts face.
