Our Elephant Encounter Tour let’s guests meet the elephants that call Seneca Park Zoo home! You will enjoy a guided tour our elephant barn, get to take some awesome selfies, and learn more about the elephants in our care from our expert animal care team!
Tickets are $150 per person, include a $25.00 donation for species’ survival, and can be purchased here. Tickets are limited. Admission ticket to the Zoo (or Zoo membership) also required for entry.
Please bring the completed and signed waiver available here to your tour. The physical copy of your completed waiver is required in order to participate in the tour.

Elephant Encounter tours are open to guests ages 8+.
Seneca Park Zoo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an encounter for the safety of the animals and guests.
Guests should check in at the start of their scheduled encounter. We will meet at the entrance of the elephant barn building. Please wear close-toed, non-slip shoes.

Elephant Encounters are now being offered at the Seneca Park Zoo! During this experience you will tour our barn while meeting our African Elephants and learning about each of their personalities from a member of the animal care team! Encounters take place at the elephant barn in A Step into Africa area and provide guests with an unforgettable, up-close experience with our elephant friends. This tour includes unique photo opportunities and keeper Q&A.
