Our Rocky Coast Sea Lion Encounter let’s guests meet the sea lions that call Seneca Park Zoo home! You’ll go behind-the-scenes into the Rocky Coast habitat, do a Q&A with the keepers, and deepen your understanding and appreciation for these remarkable animals.
Tickets are $100 per person, include a $25.00 donation for species’ survival, and can be purchased here. Tickets are limited. Admission ticket to the Zoo (or Zoo membership) also required for entry.
Please bring the completed and signed waiver available here to your tour. The physical copy of your completed waiver is required in order to participate in the tour.

Sea Lion Encounter at Rocky Coast are open to guests ages 8+. Tours require guests be able to walk up a flight of stairs so we cannot accommodate wheel chairs. Many of the back areas will be wet and slippery so those with mobility concerns please be aware.
Seneca Park Zoo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an encounter for the safety of the animals and guests.
Guests should check in at the start of their scheduled encounter inside the Rocky Coast Gallery (indoors) by the polar bear statute.
Close-toed, non-slip shoes are required for this tour.

Sea Lion Encounters in the Rocky Coast are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Maximum group size is 8 persons.

Yes, in addition to the Sea Lion Encounter at Rocky Coast ticket, guests must purchase a regular admission ticket (or use their Zoo membership) to enter the Zoo.
