During Fall Fest we’ll have We’ll have special programming, a hay maze, our annual scarecrow contest, fun photo ops, and more! Each weekend will have a different theme and a different hands-on activity at our Nature Cart. Plus, we are bringing back our family-friendly Halloween events Spooktacular and Frontline Responders Day!

Spooktacular is a family friendly after-hours Halloween event at the Zoo. We’ll have pumpkin carving demonstrations, story times, mermaid story times, music by our Buggie Boogie Band, a Wild Skills Showdown, Halloween crafts, and other spooky surprises.

Time: 5:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Price: $15 (non-member) $12 (member)
Kids 2 and under are Free!

See the lights, hear the sirens, and meet the first responders who help keep our city safe. We’ll have goodie bags, community partners on site, and more fun all included in the price of admission and free for members. Be sure to dress up in costumes to show your support.
Date: October 24
Fairy doors will be hidden throughout the Zoo starting around the stream by otter habitat. Will you be able to find them all? Our annual scarecrow decorating contest will also be going on all month long. Be sure to cast your vote for your favorite scarecrow and to keep an eye out on our social media to see which one won!
