Dan Brady after attending Massachusetts Institute of Technology and SUNY Geneseo, Dan began his career in public accounting with The Bonadio Group before ultimately transferring over to become the Chief Financial Officer at Diamond Packaging. Diamond Packaging employs approximately 250 employees and is a recognized industry leader specializing in developing innovative and sustainable folding cartons for Fortune 500 companies. In addition, born and raised in Rochester, NY, Dan developed a strong desire for value-add investment real estate opportunities at a young age and integrated that passion with foundational financial principles to help co-found Jettison Real Estate with his business partner, Chris Cieslak. Jettison is a fully integrated real estate investment firm with approximately $150M of assets under management across Upstate New York.
A resident of West Irondequoit and father of two (soon to be three) young children, Dan is an active Zoo member and a member of the Zoo Society’s Individual Giving Committee.

Barbara Kelley previously served as a Trustee from 2010 to 2018. She rejoined the Board in 2019 after a one-year sabbatical and is starting her third three-year term. Barbara currently serves the Board’s Executive Committee.
Barbara and her husband Tom are active as community volunteers and philanthropists in our region. Before retirement, Barbara was Vice President of Comms & Investor Relations at Bausch & Lomb.
