Digital Membership Help

As part of Seneca Park Zoo’s commitment to conservation and sustainability, membership cards are issued digitally. This method of card delivery is an eco-friendly and convenient way to access your membership. 

Digital Membership Card FAQ

Digital membership cards are passes saved in your smartphone wallet. When you renew or update information on your membership, it will update automatically.

Within 36 hours of your purchase, you will receive an email with your card link and download instructions. In the meantime, your membership is active immediately upon purchase, so you are welcome to visit and present your Photo ID at the Member Entrance for entry.

When you renew your membership, your digital card will automatically update within 36 hours, and you will receive an email notification. If you have already downloaded your card to your phone, no action is required.

iPhone users

Open the email you received on your iPhone. Swipe down until you see the “Download” button. Tap the “Download” button. This will take you to a new page. Swipe down to that new page until you see a button that says, “Add to Apple Wallet”. Tap on the “Add to Apple Wallet” button. Your digital card will appear. Please tap on the button that says “Add”, which is located on the upper right side of the screen. That’s it! Now your digital card is installed on your iPhone.

Android users

Make sure Google Pay is installed. To access the membership card activation email from your smartphone and click “Download” then tap on the “Save the Google Play” button. A preview will appear. Click on the “Save” button. In some cases, G Pay might ask you to log in so you can save it to an account. Please log in to continue (no credit card information should be require). The card will be save to GPay and you will be able to access it from the GPay app at any moment.

Once downloaded, your digital card will be in your smartphone wallet.

We suggest forwarding your activation email. However, you can also share as follows:

iPhone users

Search for a three-dot icon “…” at the top right of your card. Once you tap on the icon, search for an icon that looks like an arrow over a square on the top right of your screen. You will see sharing options like Airdrop, Mail, etc… Use one of those options to share your card.

Android users

Simply forward the email you received and ask them to click on “Download Membership Card > Add to Google Wallet” the same way you did (Google does not have a direct sharing option). If you have lost your activation email, please contact us at [email protected] for the link to your digital card.

To visit, present your Photo ID at the Member Entrance for entry.

If you have an older physical membership card, you can continue to use that as well.

We can also provide a printed card for $5.00, available upon your membership purchase or renewal.

By default, all memberships will receive a digital membership card.

You may also select a printed card for $5.00, available upon your membership purchase or renewal.

Please visit https://senecaparkzoo.org/newcard/ to request a re-send of your card link.

In the meantime, you can always present your Photo ID at the Member Entrance for entry.

Digital cards are automatically sent directly to the primary member within 36 hours of purchase.

If you want to personally present your gift, we recommend selecting a printed card with postal delivery option, which you can choose to have delivered to your address.

Please, note, there is a charge of $5.00 for printed cards.
