Photo Volunteer

The Zoo is always in need of fresh and new photos/video content for use on social media, website, newsletters, and various other marketing materials etc.

Most people that want to volunteer at a Zoo usually hope to interact directly with the animals. While volunteering does not involve the handling of our animals, as a photo volunteer, you’ll capture beautiful images of the animals in our care and events/environment that welcomes our guests and inspires them to take action. Whether that is to donate directly, make plans to visit, become a member, attend an event and more.

Photo Volunteer Opportunities

We have a variety of photo opportunities throughout the year. On top of opportunities to take pics of our many animals, we need great shots of our guests enjoying the Zoo as well. This is a great opportunity for photographers with all experience levels.

Things you will need:
– Your own camera equipment
– The ability to follow directions
