At this time, only groups of 10 or less will be admitted to the Zoo, so discounts for large groups or schools are not available.

Guided Tours

Guided Tours

Book a guided tour of the Zoo for an experience you won’t forget! Your tour guide will lead you on a 90‐minute journey through the Zoo where you’ll get a deeper insight on the animals in our care and different areas of the Zoo. Your guide will gladly answer questions and share information on the Zoo’s mission to save animals from extinction.

Guided tours can be booked any time of the year. Call 585.295.7399 to make your reservation at least 3 weeks in advance.

Guided Walking Tour

$150 for up to 10 participants or $285 for 11 – 20 participants

Guided Cart Tour

$100 for up to 4 participants or $200 for 6-8 participants

Please note: Admission is not included in the tour price. Groups of 10 or more paying guests qualify for the discounted group rate.

Payment for tour is due in full to reserve your date. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Zoo Tram

For the Safety of Guests and Staff, the ZooTram is not currently running.

Ticket Information

Adults: $2
Seniors (63+): $1
Youth (ages 3-11): $1

Children 2 and younger are free, but must have a ticket to ride the tram.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be reprinted.

Crater Canteen

April 1 through Memorial Day:
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays only.

Memorial Day through Labor Day:
11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Open daily.

September 8 through October 31:
11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays only.

November 1 through April 1:
Closed for the season.

ZooShop & Savanna Outpost

Come visit the ZooShop and Savanna Outpost, located in the Animals of the Savanna area, for fantastic gifts, free-trade items, jewelry, animal plushes, and more.

The ZooShop is open all year long. The Savanna Outpost is open during the summer only.  Hours are:

April 1 through October 31
9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission Gates close at 4 p.m.

November 1 through March 31
9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission Gates close at 3 p.m.

The ZooShop and Savanna Outpost are run by the Seneca Park Zoo Society, the nonprofit partner of Seneca Park Zoo. All proceeds from the ZooShop go back to the Zoo.

Members receive a 10% discount.
