We have partnered with Restaurant Lento for our Spring Sustainable Table fundraising dinner on Sunday, April 25th!

You’ll enjoy an exclusive “Wild” themed three-course dinner, all while supporting education and conservation programming at the Zoo and in our community.

Once again, an incredibly creative menu focuses on sustainable, farm-to-table dining using fresh ingredients. Meals include a signature cocktail, mocktail or wine.

There are a limited number of seats available for a dine-in experience or you may choose to pick-up your meal and dine at home. Do good while eating well!

Price:

Dine-in: $100 per person

Pick-up: $85 per person

* Both dine-in and pick-up dinners must be pre-ordered by April 21, 2021 and reservation times required

Option 1: Smoked Bison Brisket 

Appetizer: Spring dandelion salad with locally foraged ramp ranch dressing, sweet local beets, carrots & roasted spring onions, grilled sourdough croutons *Gluten free version available upon request

Entrée: Smoked bison brisket, morel mushroom jus, creamy ramp & potato gratin, garlicky balsamic roasted fiddlehead ferns *Gluten free

Dessert: Lavender & Madagascar vanilla panna cotta, candied lemon, toasted almond

Beverage Options: Signature cocktail, mocktail or wine

Option 2: Red Fish

Appetizer: Wild Point Judith sautéed Calamari, San Marzano tomato, capers, garlic, chili, fregola, fresh basil *Gluten free version available upon request

Entrée: Pan Seared Acadian redfish, stew of Maine mussels & cockles, gulf shrimp, potatoes, roasted fennel, rich shellfish tomato, white wine butter broth, garden chives *Gluten free

Dessert: Lavender & Madagascar vanilla panna cotta, candied lemon, toasted almond

Option 3: Vegan Linguini

Appetizer:  Spring dandelion salad with locally foraged pickled ramp vinaigrette dressing, sweet local beets, carrots & roasted spring onions, grilled sourdough croutons. (Vegan)  *Gluten free version available upon request

Entrée:  Ramp infused handmade linguine tossed with morel mushrooms, fiddleheads, Spring greens & artichokes, white wine & virgin oil herb sauce (Vegan)  *Gluten free version available upon request

Dessert: Last chance white wine & spice poached honey crisp apple, oat & walnut crumble, vegan “cream” sauce (Vegan)
