Seneca Park Zoo is proud to announce that Pamela Reed Sanchez, President and CEO of the Seneca Park Zoo Society, has been named to the 2025 Power List for Environmental Leaders by the Rochester Business Journal.

Since joining the Zoo Society, Pamela has guided the organization through a period of transformational growth, strengthening its role as a regional leader in wildlife conservation, education, and climate action. Under her leadership, the Zoo has expanded its conservation partnerships locally and globally, advanced animal welfare and habitat protection initiatives, and deepened its engagement with the community to inspire environmental stewardship across generations.
