The business portion of the meeting will include the election of new members of the Board of Trustees.

Nominated for First Three-Year Term:

Katrina Busch

Katrina is a dynamic strategic marketing and business professional with decades of experience in non-profit organizations, marketing agencies, and tech companies. Katrina has proven herself as a multifaceted leader with a diverse and impressive skillset. Throughout her career, Katrina has showcased her expertise in branding, messaging development, digital and content marketing, and experiential events.

Katrina is the Global Head of Marketing at Tek Experts, a leading global provider of technical talent solutions supporting the world’s largest technology enterprises with over 6,000 employees across 14 global hubs.

Aside from her work pursuits, Katrina is also a passionate advocate for the Finger Lakes region. She is an active board member and marketing committee chair of the Canandaigua Lake Watershed Association, where she supports the mission to preserve, protect, and restore the watershed for future generations.

Katrina is also currently a member of the Seneca Park Zoo Society’s Marketing Committee.

Katie Lally

Katie is a driven, employee-focused, and enthusiastic leader.  She is living her dream, leading a company filled with brilliant people and working with technology she’s passionate about!  She is the President and Owner of SimuTech Group, Inc., the leading Elite Ansys Channel Partner in North America, specializing in Ansys engineering simulation software and related professional services.  Prior to stepping into her current role, Katie brings over 18 years of in-depth sales and marketing experience in software and technology, business insurance, real estate, and construction industries.

Katie grew up in Rochester NY, where she currently resides and works with her husband, John Ilijevski, Chief Operating Officer of SimuTech Group.  Along with her professional responsibilities, Katie is a devoted mother to two little girls, Charlotte (4), and Alexandra (2).  She prides herself on creating the balance and integration needed to be both a rockstar mom and business owner at the same time – and encourages her colleagues to do the same.

Katie is currently a member of the Seneca Park Zoo Society’s Development Committee.

Jozef Kuzmkowski

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jozef Kuzmkowski (or Joe as he prefers) is a Senior Vice President with Key Private Bank.  After growing up in a family run small business Joe applies the work ethic he learned on jobsites to his clients as their strongest financial advocate. 

An avid outdoorsman, Joe first became interested in conservation in his youth as a sportsman and Eagle Scout.  A graduate of Penn State University Joe enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Letielle, and their two daughters, Sophia and Olivia.

Joe has previously served on the Seneca Park Zoo Society’s Development Committee and is currently a member of the Institutional Giving Committee

W. Jack Plants II

Jack currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Financial Institutions, Inc. and Five Star Bank. He joined Five Star Bank in December 2019 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Treasurer, and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in February 2021. From 2012 to 2019, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of United Bank in Hartford, CT where he progressed from Treasury Manager to Treasurer.  Prior to his tenure at United Bank, Jack served in various treasury and credit roles at GE Capital, GE Commercial Finance and Five Star Bank.

Jack lives in Honeoye Falls with his wife Kristina, daughter Emilia and son Henry.  Jack received both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance (2005) and Master of Business Administration (2006) from St. Bonaventure University.

Jack is currently a member of Seneca Park Zoo Society’s Capital Campaign Committee.

Nominated for Second Three-Year Term:

Todd Liebert

Todd Liebert is the Chief Executive Officer at CPL.  With a collaborative leadership style, he has overseen a decade of expansive growth, a leadership evolution and culture transformation at the 450-person firm.  Todd is a licensed architect with over 30 years of design and project leadership experience.  He is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Architecture and licensed in several states.

Balancing innovation with fiscal responsibility, Todd developed a unique ability to focus on the core purpose of a building venture, while guiding clients through the complexities of planning, design and construction. He has applied these same leadership qualities to management of the firm, helping set strategic goals for growth and development of both the company and its people. Under this new leadership, CPL more than doubled the size of the firm in a six year period, opened four new offices through acquisition, and continues to develop community leaders.

Todd also named the firm’s first Chief Culture Officer, a position created to cultivate an intentional culture based on core values and commitment to community.  CPL is certified Great Place to Work and boasts turnover well below industry averages.

Todd is currently serving on the Seneca Park Zoo Society’s Executive Committee and has been chair of the Zoobilation Committee for the past 2 years.

James Myers

Jim Myers is currently Associate Provost for International Education and Global Programs at Rochester Institute of Technology, where his responsibilities include oversight of RIT’s international education initiatives; advancement and development of global campuses, and programs in Europe, Dubai, Asia, Africa and South America; strategic internationalization efforts across RIT’s curriculum, research, and global centers of excellence; assuring ABET and AACSB accreditation at our global campuses; and, assessing global learning and related experiential outcomes.

Jim teaches courses in Natural Resource Economics, Environmental Accounting, Global Health, and Cost Benefit Analysis. He currently facilitates the ongoing strategic partnership the Seneca Park Zoo Society has with RIT.  

Suzanne Hunt

Suzanne Hunt is Vice President, Policy for Generate Upcycle, a firm that builds, owns, operates, and finances sustainable infrastructure. Suzanne is also a Co-Owner of her family’s farm and winery, Hunt Country Vineyards on Keuka Lake.  She serves on the external Sustainability Council that advises the CEO and senior leadership of Bayer Corporation in Germany.

She is an Associate at the International Institute for Sustainability Analysis and Strategy (IINAS) in Germany, a Northeast Chapter Director of Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2), and a member of the Agriculture and Forestry Advisory Panel to the NY Climate Action Council. In 2007 she founded Hunt Green LLC whose clients have included a wide variety of private equity firms, U.N. bodies, government agencies, clean tech startups, Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits.

Suzanne is currently chair of the Environmental Innovation Awards Committee for the Seneca Park Zoo Society.
