During this encounter you will tour our barn while meeting our African Elephants and learning about each of their personalities from a member of the animal care team!
Our Rocky Coast Sea Lion Encounter offers guests an extraordinary opportunity to interact with the sea lions of Seneca Park Zoo.
Come face-to-face with the world’s tallest land mammal with giraffe feedings, providing guests with an unforgettable encounter with the Zoo’s Masai giraffes.
Otter Encounters are now being offered at the Seneca Park Zoo! During this experience you will meet the North American River otters that call Seneca Park Zoo home. You’ll also learn about their personalities from our animal care team! Please bring the completed and signed waiver available here to your tour.

Otter Encounters are offered Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 p.m.
Guests should check in 15 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled encounter inside the Creatures of the River’s Edge building by the door along the back wall just past the sturgeon exhibit. Please bring the completed and signed waiver available here to your tour.
River’s Edge Tours are open to guests ages 8+. Minors must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Please wear close-toed, non-slip shoes.

Seneca Park Zoo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an encounter for the safety of the animals and guests.
Tickets are $100 per person, include a $25.00 donation for species’ survival, and can be purchased here. Tickets are limited. Admission ticket to the Zoo (or Zoo membership) also required for entry.
